1. CallAbhi provides a wide collection of information, online resources, classified ads, reminders and updates which is subject to some Terms and conditions. If you are using our services and/or websites,     it shows ur unconditional Acceptance to these Terms. If you do not agree to accept the Terms and future alteration of the Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of CaLLABHI.

2. We hereby reserve the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions anytime at our sole discretion. You must review this agreement on regular basis in order to keep yourself     updated with modifications if any.

3. You understand that all the postings including ads, messages, text, files, images, photo ,videos, sounds or any other material transmitted or linked to the service are the sole responsibility of the person     who created the Content or from whom the Content is originated. You understand that you are entirely responsible for the Content that you post ,emails or otherwise make available via the service. You     understand that while availing our services you may be exposed to Content that is is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Further, Our Services are linked to other     websites. CALLABHI makes no endorsement, representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other     website is at your own risk

4. Content available through our website may contain features and functionalities that may link you with access to third party. Third party hereby refers to websites completely independent to CallAbhi     directories, servers, networks, systems, information and databases, applications, software, programs, products or services, and the Internet as a whole. Your interactions with organizations and/or     individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely     between you and such organizations and/or individuals.

    You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline communication/transaction with any of these third parties.

    You agree that CallAbhi shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between     users and any third party, you understand and agree that CallAbhi is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other third parties, you hereby release     CallAbhi, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and     unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service.

5. Notification of Claims of Infringement If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated,     please notify us at info CallAbhi.com.

6. Your Conduct

    You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:

    a) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;

    b) that is pornographic in nature

    c) that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;

    d) that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a CallAbhi employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not         apply to messages that are lawful non-deceptive parodies of public figures.);

    e) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

    f) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch";

    g) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or         fiduciary relationships;

    h) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;

    i) that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if: posted in areas of the CallAbhi sites which are not designated for such purposes; or emailed to CallAbhi users who have not        indicated in writing that it is ok to contact them about other services, products or commercial interests.

    j) that includes links to commercial services or web sites, except as allowed in "services";

    k) that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or         regulated by Indian law.

    l) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications         equipment;

    m) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or

    n) that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.

    Additionally, you agree not to:

    o) contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;

    p) "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;

    q) use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service - unless expressly permitted by CallAbhi;

    r) post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

    s) attempt to gain unauthorized access to CallAbhi's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of,         the Service or the CallAbhi website; or

    t) use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on CallAbhi without each posting being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated         posting device"), including without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device to submit postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at regular intervals.

7. CallAbhi communicates(marketing and Communication) with you as a registered member through the email id and/or mobile number that is specified in your account. We shall use this email address     and/or mobile number to send you following types of communications:

    a) E-mails/SMS related to your account,

    b) Introduction of new services on CallAbhi and/or features in your account,

    c) Newsletters that you are subscribed to,

    d) Updates about changes in our policies,

    e) Occasional mailers of third party services.

8. USE of Services

9. Registration :- CallAbhi requires you to register if you want to avail some of its Services. During the registration process, you will be required to choose a login name and a password, name, valid email     address, birth date and postal address/contact details. CallAbhi will send account confirmation details to the submitted email address to verify that the email address is, indeed, yours.

    You may not choose a login name that violates any person's intellectual property or proprietary rights. You may not submit an email address or create a login name or password or upload, distribute,     transmit, publish or post through the Website, Content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, intimidating, invasive of privacy, abusive, illegal, harassing or which contains expressions of hatred, racial     discrimination, pornography or are otherwise objectionable, or which would constitute or constitute incitement to commit a criminal offence, violate the rights of any person, or violate any laws.

    Your login name or Content may not disparage in any manner CallAbhi or any of its sponsors, products, services, or websites.

    If CallAbhi has reasonable grounds to suspect that your information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CallAbhi may suspend or terminate your account and prohibit any and all current or     future use of the Website (or any portion thereof) by you other than as expressly provided herein.

    You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login and password information and for all activities occurring there under. CallAbhi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or     damage including any loss or damage arising from your failure to:

    a. immediately notify CallAbhi of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security; and

    b. ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

10. CALLAbhi primarily deals with classifieds. Therefore, you understand and agree to the fact that we may share your information that is limited to your name, contact number, address, email, to       CallAbhi`s Business Partners.

    In such cases, you agree to have CALLABHI or its preferred business partners, as the case

     may be, contact you via email or telephone based on the analysis of your requirements as revealed by the nature and extent of your participation on CallAbhi.com or share such information with other     parties as they deem relevant. You understand and agree that in such instances, such other parties may also contact you to market, sell or promote their products or services and acknowledge that     CallAbhi may not have any control over how such information is disseminated or used.

    You further agree not to hold CallAbhi, its partners or affiliates liable in any manner for disclosing such information.

    Under no circumstances shall CallAbhi be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss     of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from

     1. the use or the inability to use the Services or access Content,

    2. the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from transactions entered into through or from CallAbhi including CallAbhi's mobile services,

     3. the unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data,

    4. statements or conduct of any third party on the Website or its affiliated mobile phone platform, or

    5. any other matter relating to the Website or the mobile phone platform offered by CallAbhi

11. Disputes and Resolution Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of the Terms or Privacy Policy shall be settled by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by CallAbhi and the claimant in accordance      with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in force in India. The place of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad and the language of arbitration shall be English. The applicable law shall be      the laws of India.
